Polymorphic Linux Installation Guide

Step 1: Backup Your System
It’s always good to make a backup, so if you spent time configuring your target environment we recommend you take a backup (host) or a snapshot (VM).
Step 2: Update Your OS

Alpine:

apk update

Centos & RedHat:

yum -y update

Fedora:

dnf -y update

Ubuntu:

apt -y update
apt -y upgrade
Step 3: Install Polyverse
Your packages are now scrambled and polyversed!
curl https://sh.polyverse.io | sh -s install czcw7pjshny8lzzog8bgiizfr demo@polyverse.io

Please replace demo@polyverse.io with your own email.

Step 4. Re-install Your Packages

Alpine:

sed -n -i '/repo.polyverse.io/p' /etc/apk/repositories
apk update
apk upgrade --no-cache --available

Centos & RedHat:

yum -y update
yum -y reinstall \*

Fedora:

dnf -y update
dnf -y repository-packages polyverse-os move-to
dnf -y repository-packages polyverse-updates move-to

Ubuntu:

apt -y update
apt -y upgrade
apt-get -y install --reinstall $(dpkg --get-selections | awk '{print $1}')
